Clearwing Hummingbird Moth
A Clearwing Hummingbird Moth drinking the nectar from my Scabiosa 'Butterfly Blue'. The moth is smaller than a hummingbird but flies like one and drinks nectar from flowers in my garden. They are the adult stage of tomato hornworms (yuck!).
