Northeast Burm Garden Design Plan
The Northeast garden is a large bed in our front yard close to the road. The Blue Spruce, Harlequin Maple and Weigela were original to the garden and were planted by the previous owners on a burm of material pushed back during construction. The remainder was originally filled in with bamboo which I removed. We have also added several specimen trees in our front yard giving each enough space to grow to maturity without crowding.
A garden plan and complete plant list appears below while pictures of the front yard can be seen in the Entrance Garden Gallery.
